Well guys... Leyte is one of Philippines island. and i forgot what year it happened .
Many people and villagers got killed ..
before the mudslide happened these are the report of the survivors and witnesses.
(Survivors and Other Witnesses says) : Before the the mudslide happened An uknown old lady give warning to the people that in 3 days something bad to happened and you should evacuate of course nobody listen... and after 3 days at that night the villagers were shocked because lots of crow flying over their town and they just ignore it.. after an hour .. the ground begin to shake and the mud slide happened. . .

Not sure about the woman, but animals can sense the changes in their environment. That is why people used to watch what the animals were doing and would see signs. We used to know as soon as our cows and horses headed for the forest, that there was going to be a storm.

And, there was a huge mudslide here in Canada. The natives told the townspeople that they should leave, that the mountain was going to come down, but the people didn't listen to them. The natives left, and part of the mountain came down. Here is more info on the slide.
