Yeah..I don't think I'd have thought anything of that picture had I been shown it on its own before seeing this thread.

some times I wondor, in the future would we travel back in time to hide on mars? Then just now see our ruins of the future and past?

I certainly have to stretch my imagination pretty far to see it.

Is this another Martian geological formation?
Funny that these so called geological Martian formation seems to be unque ... in another if they are truely geological formation we would expect these structures elsewhere on Mars.

I'm seriously so sick of Mars; who cares! It's a planet, and yes it might be suitable for some form of life. It's very possible that visitors could have crash landed during an expedition, but I think people are just molding their minds around these images. I could just as easily say that was a probe dropped into Mars gravitational field and buried in the desert-like surface. I think people instantly think "UFO!" when they see these pictures because it's very easy to imagine.

I'm sorry, but this looks like a totally natural feature. It's a rock outcropping, IMO, nothing more. An alien spacecraft???? No way.

LOL, with a little imagination this kind of looks like the saucer section of a Federation Intrepid Class Starship...

and heres the nacelles and engineering section...

I have a hard time seeing anything that resembles a crashed alien ship. Just see sand and maybe some rocks or something.

Interesting but not very convincing. Looks natural to me.

First time I've seen this picture of the Norhtern Acidalia, Mars and I don't think there is any reasonable explanation for it being other than a former martian settlement until somebody really tries to get down to the surface and inspect it firsthand. Until then I can accept it as being an old settlement of sorts by beings, whether martians or others. The crashed spaceship looks more like the Falcon Millenium. Thanks for showing the photos.

MILLENIUM FALCON! Lol.
I think it's just another case of trying to read into things... human nature... on Mars I know.
