Why do they feel so real sometimes? I had one last night , Well i guess it was closer to a nightmare. From what i remember it i dreamt that something like dawn of the dead happened, I live out in the country now and in my dream i remember talking to people upstairs, Don't remember who they might have been but i went downstairs and there was a zombie in my basement but what really got me was that i noticed the smell, What looked to be bloodshot eyes and a few chunks taken out of him and i woke up , And in the dream after killing him i turned around to look out the window to see a bunch of them coming towards the house and that's when i woke up almost in a cold sweat. I'm just amazed somtimes at how real everything seems sometimes .

In Ghosts, Hauntings and the Paranormal I've started a thread aabout what people have seen or see in their dreams and nightmares. This is an interesting dream, did you watch the movie not long ago?

One thing to remember is that "Dreams are unexplainable".
Nik Xues
not so unexplainable but it takes alot of memory to interpret them

couldn't your dream just include a few extra senses? Usually there's only sight, but maybe your dream included some touching, or hearing which is just made up like the picture inn your mind.

dreams feel real because youre mostly in them...I hate nightmares especially. I had this one dream where I was caught by a zombie and I was eaten alive and I actually felt it!! ugh

Yeh sometimes I have - its always some long arduous horrid dream where a family member is telling me they are dying.

I will just bore you for a second with this ferocious dream I had last night!

I was driving along a windy road leaving my small town with another car driving behind me when we started coming across all these massive dead alligators. Me and the other driver decided we better go back to town and report the incidence. I went to my mothers and called emergency services and told them what happened. The operators response was "But you're dead" I thought I misheard her so I said 'Pardon, what did you say" and she said "You know we're all dead don't you" I looked at my mother and she said "haven't you noticed everything looks slightly different" and she reached over and took my hand. I started to spin out and panic in the dream then I woke up.

aren't other peoples dreams boring! but we lurve telling them!

That's right, I sometimes have sight, smell, feeling and hearing in my dreams, other times it is just sight.

No, I haven't personally but I do know that a lot of people do wake up crying from dreams.

I don't find them boring! I find them very interesting, especially the nightmares.

No. That's what was weird about it. I haven't watched the movie in a good three months.

Possibly. But the weird thing is most of the time i'm completely aware of what's going on in the dream, I can't control what happens but i sometimes recall conversations and everything.
