Last night I think I've successfully managed to Astral project, but the problem was I didn't have a journey, I had no where to go because I didn't know where to go. Do you guy's know where to go when to Astral project? I want to goto a place where I can learn more about myself and personally develope my abilities. I have a feeling I'm pretty close to achieving something pretty major here.

There's the other option of creating a place but I'd rather aim at going somewhere. Anyway thanks all, and take care.

You cant be sure that you have 'astral projected' and in my experience you have no control where you go.

although you control them your mind will drop several details about you in the back ground

keep notes on these dreams and your days experiences [sometimes it can take a week for a movie reference to appear.]

you should notice patterns after a while

Its more than likely lucid dreaming. In which case, you should be able to exert some control on where you are at.

even if it is like on mars or in a another star system? or do you mean down the street?

hehe nice! a thought can direct you to other worlds wheew.....
in dreams i had just known last past days that I can control it.... I know OBE's and lucid dream are different
