Report #1
Date of sightings:
Tuesday, November 27, 2007
Observed from location:
Apartment building, East Coast of Singapore
(Facing the train station)
Sighting #1
Time: 1:50AM to 1:57AM
Description:
An oval object, like a ball of light, which flashed white, red, blue, purple and pink at 5 to 10 second intervals. With every flash, observed object was surrounded by an intense aura of colored light, which then reduced in intensity to be replaced by another colored flash. Multiple colors observed running along its body as it moved vertically and horizontally at an altitude of 300 to 600 meters. Distance of about 2 kilometers to 3 kilometers away from observer. Speed observed to be faster than a passenger or military aircraft. Ability to make sharp 15-degree turns. Observed object circled an area of about 1 kilometer at aforementioned altitude for an observed seven minutes. First appeared from behind a block of apartment buildings at aforementioned distance, and disappeared from view at same location after observed period.
Sighting #2
Time: 2:05AM to 2:10AM
Description:
Distance of 1 to 2 kilometers from observer. Same colored lights flashing at every 6 to 8 seconds. Observer was alone during both sightings, but on the second sighting, the observer called for an eye-witness, which resulted in the object immediately stopping in its flight and descending vertically at extreme speed, disappearing out of view. Observed object was at an altitude of 600 to 900 meters during second sighting.
Observations:
Object did not produce any audible noise on both occasions.
Moved too swiftly to be remote-controlled aircraft or UAVs.
Airport at 5 kilometers from observed location, but object did not seem to be any known aircraft.
A single eye-witness besides main observer, who saw the object descending at the end of the second sighting for an approximate 8 seconds.
No videos or photos were taken during both sightings.
[P.S. What could this be? I see such strange lights once every few months and no one else has reported see-ing them in the area, although I know others must've observed the sightings too. BTW, I did not submit this report to any experts or newspapers yet.]
