Yup, its an herbivore/insectivore...Think of it as a speedy sloth. But don't be misled, those claws are formidable weapons and probably were used in defense as well as stripping bark for food.

Until gut contents or teeth are found no one can say for sure if this is a Hebivore-Insectivore. Omnivore is probably what you really mean, much like large ground birds like Ostriches and Emus. Like those birds I suspect it would eat any creature it could swallow, so probaby small rodents, reptiles, and dinos along with vegetble material. Unless there were some large insects around, something that big would have a hard time catching them, and hardly worth the bother.
Then again, it could still be a supercarnivore. It is really weird that only the arms were found. These are often the rarest theropod bones to find because they are easily torn from a carcasse and swallowed unlike the larger bones.
