Full Version: The Mist
Has anyone seen the mist yet iv'e reaad the short story but havent seen the movie is it good holla.
I've been meaning to go see it but i don't have a chance yet
I have read the short story a number of times. The town reminds me of where I grew up. Can't wait to see it maybe this weekend. I'm so excited LOL
I haven't read the short stories.. I need to read those
I just watched it on quicksilver movie forums OMG what a messed up movie.Really good kinda expected the ending but hoped otherwise!!

Hey you wouldn't happen to have a link for that would you. I went and looked and couldn't find Mist, I would love to see it. Ya the ending hmmm

If you like the story you should the movie; Hubby and I sure did. BTW the ending is better. It will knock you on your ass!
As I said in another thread on the subject, I was disapointed in the teenage crowd that was in the theater with us when we saw the film. They talked through the whole thing saying "these monsters suck, they aint even scary at all". I finally told the girl in front of me who incidentally had her hand in her boyfriend's pants the whole time to shut the hell up before I kicked her in the back of the head. I said "if you don't like it then leave or is mommie picking you up?" She shut up and so did her boyfriend.
They missed the point that the PEOPLE were the real monsters. Some people have no ability for abstract thought.
