so anyways, i cam across this video here. never seen it before, and its not a moon base doc. its apparently footage from armstrong when on the moon?
its only about 4:30, so check it out. gimme feedback on it. and please, watch the whole thing, not the first minute and then say how lame it is.

ive seen this before a couple years ago and didnt know if i believe it. but you know- it seems more and more that thereare so may things we have not been allowed to 'know'. this is just small time in the history of life that exists in which we have had or eyes closed( and not entirely our own fault) .this is only what we've been 'allowed' to know- fear of ridicule makes people not want to say anything- or people to believe them' . this will pass- too many eyes and minds opening for it to continue much longer. i believe this vid could very well be true (it may have been debunked- maybe not, but it is good to see on the page of comments there on youtube- not one person was saying 'fake!' . they are discussing it ). not sure entirely the status of god/aliens/ghosts/time/angels/devils.etc.. but i have my ideas- and i also believe just entertaining the thought of the possibilty of the Grand life of the universe is enough to plant the seed for the changes to come. and EXIST IN GOODNESS- spread it around. call god whatever you want.

Well this video made me laugh...

Here's my analysis:

at 0.57, you see an 'astronaut' walk past the camera. I say walk, not bounce or jump, just kind of a skippy walk. Not one like you'd see on the moon with it's extremely low gravity. More of a skip in normal 'earth' gravity...

At 2.19, we see some lovely wooden arcitrave around the door... how very Earthlike.

At 3.53, we see another 'astronaut' simply walking... again no bouncy moon walk.

At 4.30+, we see an astronaut wearing black boots, not your traditional NASA Issue.

He's holding some kind of metal detector/rake scraping it along the floor, and that object is certainly not affected by the (lack of) gravity that would be apparent on the moon, he is putting too much effort into scraping it along.

Also, although I am no expert in NASA Clothing, their air packs do not appear to match the size and shape of those worn on the Moon Landings. They seem much bigger, squarer and more cumbersome.

On the moon landings, the back of the tanks had an American Flag. No flag is seen on the back of the Air Packs in the video...

At the end, with the shot out of the window, notice the arcitrave again. It's very traditional, it even had lips and grooves this time. Funny how 'the aliens that built the structure' followed simple earth designs when building their windows and their wooden arcitrave edges...

PLUS, the whole thing is filmed by someone who is walking, not bouncing. If it were a true astronaut on the moon holding a camera, the picture would be bouncy as the astronaut bounced about on the moon, not nice and static and level as it is.

So... my opinion is that you're being duped.

Don't believe everything you see...

The movement of the astronauts and the movement of the camera both look like CGI movements to me. The lens flare and video distortion also look like filter effects done in post production, rather than natural artifacts or effects.

near the end at around 3:30 to 4:10 you notice the other astronaut moving, but he seems to be rotating at the same time too, like an animated walking cg that hjas been set to r otate on one spot, if the astro naut was indeed moving it wouldn't be so bright, for the contrast on the area is very high.

That and the fact that its too gritty even for the technology of that day, that and if it WAS true they would've eaten the guy who posted/ leaked it out. Dur.

Whenever I see 'secret' vids appear on the ol' 'tube' I always wonder why security is so lapse on these secret films...

I couldn't even smuggle a DVD out of Woolworths without getting caught if I were so inclined... let alone a Top Secret Video proving existance of other life forms on the moon from a Top Security NASA base.

I was wondering about the 'window' structure near the end. I don't know how much gravity the moon has, but see how the frames of the window are sagging? Would a window frame (i have no idea what it would be made out of either...obviously not wood, since that would be from earth, but probably stone or metal) sag like that in a low gravity atmosphere? On earth, it might.

This video is of course very suspect, never the less Mulder makes a good point when it comes to youtub and such other sites. If one happens to come apon some incredible video what better way to get it out there. You can post pretty much what you want and in no time hundreds maybe thousands will have seen and down loaded it befor it can be removed. I would hope most people would go this route, rather than taking it to a news paper or t.v. station where you will never see it again.

Game spoilers come out on youtube. And the game is in development. They workers literally smuggle the footage out. Some get fired if they get cought.

The astronaut looks like he's skipping to me like on would skip on the moon. You can't see his legs so you can't say much.

Saying that the object the astronaut is holding at the object is not affected by the (lack of) gravity because he's holding it. To say he's putting too much effort into it doesn't make sense to me at all. I can't see how he's putting too effort into it.

I'll tell you what i do see. at 04:25 it looks like that the guy recorded it on a camera from a computer or tv screen because you can see what looks like an edge to the screen at the bottom right and the typical designs you'd see off a screen above it.

As a CG artist, I've noticed a lot of the "shapes" within the structure could be attributed to a method of Bitmap landscaping (using a grayscale bitmap to create a 3D landscape) Many of these internal structures look to have falloff edges (see this in CG landscaping used for making distance buildings). I would be more inclined to think the structures would be better preserved within. (after all, the footprints left behind on the moon would last a looong time.)

I would say, this video is a fake/CG.

It wasn't the fact it was youtube particularly, my comments were aimed at the ease at which these TOP SECRET videos get stolen.

What I was getting at was more the fact that the footage got leaked... with all the security, (it's NASA after all) how would someone possibly leak such a thing and IF it was real, the person who took it would know its importance and I would have thought that they would leak it to a more credible source.

I video like that - if real - would be worth a fortune, if someone was gonna make the effort to steal it, IMO they would have tried to get recompensed for it?

When you see out of the window at 4.10, there's no further 'vital' evidence as to their location, it doesn't look like the moon or the earth particularly, just some view out of a window.

IMO it looks like an old building in the dark with it's roof off and a few people having some fun.

I have read several places on the net that this video is a known hoax. Wish I could remember what sites told that it was, but perhaps it was on rense.com a long time ago, and later revealed as a hoax.

Sassages made some astute observations about this film...all of which certainly point toward "PHONY".
It is unintelligibly un-detailed, and of course, no one on ther lunar surface had a film or video camera they carried around with them.


This is undeniably bogus in extemis.

I especially like the completely unfocused, grainy image of a LM sitting out there, obviously above the level of the camera, maybe 200 feet away.
You suspect that we didn't have cameras that could actually capture a focused image during the Apollo program?

You're looking south of the LM...(take a look at the shadows, which are being projected from the east).

The fact is, you're looking about 4 miles out to the horizon...there are no ruins there, no nothing.
The fact is, the Apollo 11 B/W TV camera would've been looking pretty much right at these "ruins" as well...but we saw nothing there as well...

Interesting video. It is too blurry to really make out what that stuff is. But it kind of looks like an abandoned factory. One poster was right though, about the paneling around the doors and windows.
