Embattled or 'Embattled' President George Bush is defending his policy that Iran is still a threat - while his own intelligence agency is reporting that Iran is not a threat. It suddenly does not make any sense...

But what gets more confusing is when you consider the following :
- Debka.com is reporting that a third Air Craft Carrier has entered the Persian Gulf.. (December 4th - the Harry S. Truman. If Iran is less of a threat and Iraqi Violence is down - why do they need 3 (THREE) aircraft carriers there right now?? Think about it... The USS Enterprise, the USS Nimitz, and the USS Harry S. Truman are now opposite Iran... - that is not even counting the huge aresenal of other ships and planes and bases in the Region...

But in the above Video Clip from the BBC it is clear that Bush has become 'Embattled' which may suggest a show - now in order to justify a invasion of Iran a false flag must be conducted and blamed on them. But by standing down it fools everybody into a false sense of peace..

Remember it was a puny little Middle Eastern country which totally wiped out the military strength of Egypt, Jordan, and Syria in six days because they underestimated Israel and were not prepared. Yes, a tiny little Middle Easter country may well cause problems of global impact.

Ok to stick with the thread what possible false flag opperation do you think would be most effective in gulling America into attacking Iran.

One example, ummm having a group of insurgants in Iraq attack a u.s. base killing many soldiers and linking it to Iran. Weak I know but, but how would the U.S. pull off a false flag opperation?

it's stretching a point a bit to compare Iran's military cpability with Israel's, isn't it? Even Egypt, Jordan, and Syria put together can hardly be compared with the US as a potential opponent. And I don't think Israel was motivated by suicidal instincts, as Iran surely would be to even consider anything like that (and I don't think Iran is, since completely and irrationally suicidal mad tyrants rarely exist in real life; they're usually too interested in preserving their own skins to do any completely mad like that).

I don't think attacking a base in Iraq would do it. I think the required change in public opinion needed to back a war with Iran can only be obtained through a mass attack on civilians, be it in the US, Israel or England. I can't help but suspect any justifying-attacking-Iran false flag will include nuclear or radioactive material.

Another possibility is that a thrid party who would benefit from the US attacking Iran, could stage an attack that would be blamed on Iran.

either the saudis or israelis could fill that bill...i personally dont see anything happening...
