Okay, last night i had a dream of a man with a gun, trying to shoot me.. strange i know. Thinking nothing of it i carried on the day until it came to the afternoon... i found a close friend of mine in extreme shock... crying etc...she told me that a boy had tried to touch her inappropriately. I then dealt with the boy and told someone about it. It was not until i arrived home that i remembered my dream and the gun. So i looked what it meant if you had a dream with a gun in and it said:

To see a gun in your dream , symbolizes aggression, anger, and potential danger. Alternatively, a gun can represent the penis and male sexual drive. Thus the gun may mean power and impotence.

So my question is, was i forewarned in my dream that something bad would happen today??

Considering the circumstance, it's most likely a fight, it's really hard to say. I was having dreams of me fighting people a couple of months ago, and I think that has to do with the anger towards what I've gone through the past year. But what I find strange is that, I really have been fighting people, even though I can't see them physically, I know they're there watching.

I have found that when I have bad dreams, they are warnings of something to happen. Weird dreams don't count, but bad ones seem to give me warnings that things are about to happen. As for interpreting the dream's message, it is almost impossible for me. I just take it that when I have a bad dream that things may take a turn for the worse. Mostly bad dreams mean that I am about to get ill, but other times they mean some "challenging" situation is headed my way. I would say that your dream was a harbinger of the event that you described. You may want to follow your dream patterns and see if your bad dreams coincide with bad events later on.
