I've seen (very reluctantly) a video of a croc taking off the arm of a Vet. Grabbed the hand, rolled a few times, and the arm came off at the shoulder. This guy is lucky it was just up to his forearm (all things considered of course). Feel bad for the guy, but when you mess with wild animals...
