London - A London nightclub is offering a cocktail for those with more money than sense -- a $70,000 concoction that includes an 11-carat diamond ring.
In addition to the ring, the Flawless at the Movida night club includes Louis XII cognac, half a bottle of Cristal Rose champagne, brown sugar and angostura bitters with flakes of 24-carat gold leaf scattered on top.
The club plans to supply two security guards during the mixing and drinking of the cocktail.
Those who buy the Flawless are also unlikely to be shy. As Movida's bar manager said, they will "have the attention of everyone else in the bar."

To me, one step up from a potato would be five pounds of potato's, not a $70,000 drink...Sort of goes with that $27,000 dessert that was selling in New York.

$70K for an 11 carat diamond ring is a fairly reasonable price... it's 11 carats. In fact, for 70K, it's not even the highest of quality diamond. A flawless, colorless 11 carat stone would be closer to a quarter million bucks.

i wouldnt want that much attention and people knowing i had that much money, i can imagine people getting bashed or mugged after they left.
