I just read a post about some really great sounding show in the US and it got me thinking.

I never seem to see any good shows over here in the UK.

All I can ever get to watch is Most Haunted. I love that show but I want to watch some of the stuff I hear about.

Am I completely missing some stuff in the UK or is it really that we only get Most Haunted?

I get Virgin Media so I have over 600 channels to choose from.

Can someone tell me some good shows available and what channel they're on and when, please.

For insightful information regarding paranormal,

'Rescue Mediums'
'Ghost Whisper' Although fiction, it's very insightful
'Ghostly Encounters' - A team of psychologist run this show.
'Into Dreams' Dream analizing
'The Haunting' Some stories are insightful and some are far fetched.

For Entertaiment;

'Paranormal State'
'Celebrity Paranormal Profile'

Oh yeah, just to make it clear, I am looking for programs on in the UK.

Does anyone know, does Radio Times list all the channels of just the mainstream ITV, BBC, Sky stuff?
