Was watching ufo files and came across this case. It seems to have alot of evidence that something strange was seen on that night.

It is yes. We have radar, footage, and more than one witness. I have not heard of this either. Just goes to show that there could be many good cases that go unnoticed, which is wrong.

unfortunately radar, video and more than one witness isnt good enough. even one it comes to the reliable sources.
who are we supposed to trust then? (please no one quote 'trust no one' as a joke lol)
the only thing i heard from down under was the frederick valentich one. these are really good though as well

The New Zealand UFO flap at this time came right off the back of the Valentich disappearance over Bass Strait.

People would be surprised if they knew how often such incidents occur. Most UFO aerial encounters go unreported, but this incident is an exception.

There's that one Australian triangle thingie on Google Earth, I'm sure you've all seen it. Now THAT'S one of the most crazy things I've ever seen because that's not space dust, a plan, a building, or a result of the satellite photos beings blended weirdly. Down Under's got more than we'd think. =P

This is a really good, backed-up, and comprehensive report... great find! I'd actually say this is one of the most believable reports of these UFOs being some kind of aircraft (no comment on the probability of extraterrestrial origin).

WATCC detected three unidentified targets on their radar screens, one of which moved at high speed for 60 nautical miles (nm) and was estimated at the size of a commercial airliner. It stopped abruptly and remained stationary for some time."

This is a very interesting and unexplained cases, guess thats why some people have left this thread alone.
