Here is one of my favorite's to get everyone started!
CORN BREAD!
1-cup coarse cornmeal
1-cup wholewheat self raising flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cayenne pepper
1-cup tasty grated cheese
6-spring onions finely chopped
1-cup of milk
1/2 cup oil
1-tablespoon honey
1-heaped tablespoon soya flour
blended with
2-tablespoons of milk.
In a large bowl combine cornmeal,flour,salt,cayenne,cheese and onions.
pour in remaining ingredient's.
190 c for 30 min's
