Me and my friend were getting some hot smoothies and donuts at our t-hos.

There was a guy outside (plain view, EVERYONE could see him) giving ciggies to little kids (like 8-9 year olds) and teaching them how to smoke. Its just freaking retarted, I think someone might have called the cops.

The guy was mentally..um..unstable? My mom knew who he was (a family friend's-wife's brother) and says hes done a little worse then this before (handing out vodka near a highschool and throwing bags of smack around in vancouver)...

Just a little tibit of ma day.

Oh and willow video games is a GREAT store 2-game rentals for only 10 buckaroos.

that is truly WRONG!I am surprised you refrained yourself from doing anything.I do not think i would kept quit,especially if my kid's had been with me at the time!

Well me and my friend are like 14, this guy pretty big, but we coulda take him if we had too =P

Well a few employees might have called the cops and some customers (like 4-5 university students) kinda kept an eye on him (he didn't notice as I think he was high)..

But the kids who were taking the smokes..oh god they got punished, there was an old women inside (not sure if she even knew the kids) who took her purse and just whipped it at their hands making them drop the ciggies, If she wasn't in a public place I'm sure she would have kicked their asses for smoking..

I didn't know regular people actually did that.

I grew up in North Carolina; there, it was the government doing it. My elementary school had a smoker's quad.
