I have you ALL beat:
GI Jane..So bad it could be listed as a 'comedy'..although, of course, there was nothing funny about it. It's just so bad

, that it's laughable..

Worst movie evar! (even
worse than Highlander II or III-
if that could be even possible..) There should be laws on this kind of thing.
(evar='ever' in all possible realities of corporeal existence..)

Epic Movie. Epically unfunny.
Tarzan, the Ape Man (the one with Bo Derek. I'm showing my age). So bad it's a cult classic.
Norbit. Awful and mean-natured. Really awful.
Terminator 3 was good--I just don't like Nick Stahl.
Star Wars I & II. They almost redeemed themselves with Star Wars III, but they should have left well enough alone, IMO.

I saw
Aliens vs Predator: Requiem last night. I'd have hired it earlier but for the fact my local video shop's manager has gone on holidays, leaving the workers to take care of the store (but not giving them authority to order new videos). The result is there hasn't been a new movie for over 6 months. So I bit the bullet and downloaded. I don't like to do it, I think people should have to pay for what they watch.......
And after watching AvP2, I can certainly say taht I paid - most dearly. I want my download time back. I want that 90 minutes of my life back, and I want that bandwidth back. That's 800Mb I could have used looking up pictures of Bea Arthur instead (if you've seen "Air Heads", you'll understand what I mean by that

).
In short, hands down - worst movie ever made. It was like a bad version of Resident Evil, except no superhero, and silly creatures instead of zombies. I think I trained a braindead labratory ape to write better scripts than these people did. It's a shame Aliens and Predator have become so bad in recent years - why not set it in the future (like Aliens) and on Lv426, with Predators attacking en-masse to eradicate the alien infestation, with a human supply ship filled with "bad-ass marines" moving in on something they aren't quite prepared for. I'd pay to see that.....
Sorry for the ramble

I assure you, this is far, FAR from being the worst movie ever made. Granted, it wasn't a great movie, but it was fun for what it was. There were some awesome kills and some good gore, and that's pretty much all I expected it to be. Unfortunately, it was such an incredibly dark movie that you can't see a damn thing during the fight scenes. I don't know what you thought it would be like for you to hate it so much. It was better than the first by miles and miles.

Let's put it this way - I think AvP2 had a higher (human) body-count than all the other Alien and Predator movies combined. And considering that it was by far the shortest of the films, that says a lot. Concluding with the destruction of the town just reads like a zombie film (a la Resident Evil0 seeking to "contain the flood" so to speak. There was no "hero", just a lot of aliens and predators killing folk and occasionally crossing paths. At least in the original AvP (which wasn't crash hot either), there was the pyramid to deal with - the most intense sections of that film revolved around escaping from the elaborate traps.
I still say B-grade horror

Well that's exactly how the movie was advertised, and I knew what I was going to get. I didn't expect it to be anything else than lots of mindless killing and gore with some cheesy dialogue thrown in. I liked that it was the humans being thrust into a bloody war that they should have no part in. At least the creatures stayed truer to the original movies than the first AvP did. I enjoyed it for what it was. I actually liked it more the first time I saw it in theaters than when I watched the DVD the other day. Movies like these tend to be better on the big screen.
And yeah, the city-nuking sequence looked like it was ripped directly from RE: Apocalypse, crash and all. They could have done better.

Willie Wonka & the Chocolate Factory... even though Johnny Depp was good in the remake, the original is a cult classic & should have never been re-done. The Omen (remake) was an exact replica of the original movie, there was no need for it when the original was scarier that the remake.
