I believe that when we die we go to a wonderful place called by many names, I'll use the name "otherside" My question is: is there anyone out there (psychics, someone here, others) Who know what the other side is really like. I'd like to find the real deal if I can.

I feel like death is like a trip and I like to plan for trips and I would like to know where I'm going:)

Hi Amberifyou want to know what awaits the other side , pray, or meditate on that then Look in to reincarnation.

Infinity is a hard concept but simple at the same time it bis on you to believe or not, but reincarnation is true.
Some of those who are dogmatic about Jesus being God at this time , are the same ones who condemned him on the cross.

I once had a vary powerful dream about my Grandpa. We were in his car driving around and he was telling me how much he and Grandma missed me. He said they had saved Christmas presents. The place we were driving around in looked like Michigan a place where my Grandpa loved. When I woke up I was covered in a sweat and very confused. My ring which has a symbol of my faith on it was on my left ring finger instead of my right. I think heaven looks like some place you loved in life. In my faith heaven is a place you live in until your soul has rested and you are reincarnated.

reincarnation ? I'm not sure. I honestly don't know. If asked I wouldn't want to come back to this plane , world ect..... I must say it has left a bad taste . Don't get me wrong there is plenty of good too. But after all these years we really haven't advanced much in the spiritual dept. it's the same old arguing and games that children play - for a parents affection. God loves me more , no me , no me because I believe your doing it wrong blah blah blah. and like a game set up rules . God isn't a game. nor bound by rules or human shortcomings like jealousy or anger.

I can't imagine what the other side is like except to say we all get there. call it a gut feeling. I hear from others you see those you know , but it's not as though your body goes with you - we are more than the sum of our parts . but I would think if this were true than a newly crossed over person has need to see something familiar at first . I think we can assume a form for that purpose. Other wise I see no reason for one. --

I would hope I'd get to explore . to do the things I like doing . ect.......... but as to what goes on really ? no clue.

I don't know much but one thing I've taken that is repeated in the Tibetian Book of the Dead is to not be afraid. there is no reason to be afraid.

I really like the Tibetan Book of the Dead. It would be nice to have some one read it to me when I am on my death bed. (English translation.)

Wow eh!!....this question none of us will ever know here, and when we find out we can't report back.

One thing I do believe is that there is no Judgement......this i feel in my heart to be true. I cannot see a natural logic to salvation or damnation doled out based on worship......it is righteously flawed and therefore IMO non-existent.

What I do believe though is that here in life we develope energy we have energy inside us. That energy can switch poles from positive to negative and back, depending on how you live your life.

The more you are around or generate this energy the stronger it becomes, positive or negative.....and I believe the stronger this energy the more of that type energy you attract, here in life.

Upon death your energy, positive or negative, escapes back into the universal environment. Ideal situation would be to die full of positive energy, because then you would join the positive energy force in the universal environment.

I do believe there is an element of consciousness after aswell, because your energy escaping has been polarized according to your life events.

No one can answer your question because no one knows .There are all kinds of "comfort" stories about the afterlife for people that ,to paraphrase Jack Nichlolson "can't handle the truth " My own personal opinion is that there is no afterlife but who knows I could be wrong

Greetings Amber

I think the more appropriate question you seek is:" Do I exist after I die"
This is very difficult to ascertain.
I have been one who has experienced death and been allowed to return.

During this experience I felt profoud sense of love, total peace, connectedness with all there is, as well as a glimpse of the infinite.
There IS no judgement as prescribed and assumed by todays dogmas, although some expereincers have a self-judgement.
You are already magnificent....remeber that!
Fear is thine enemy or "devil"
Look around you Amber...you are where you are supposed to be, you have everything you NEED.
Realize the fear...
What does it matter anyways...you'll find out soon enough.
Don't forget to LIVE LIFE! cool.gif

Blessings

Scientist are now leaning towards the idea black holes are very similar to the big bang. (EI: big bang started as an infinite small point just as a black hole’s center point is infinitely small.) But the real shocker is that they also think observer A could watch a person (observer B ) enter a black hole and be ripped apart by the many different forces being applied to the person. But for observer B nothing would happen and would continue to live. This theory comes from a complex equation that has two results. Death or life.

s= ((c^3)(a)(k))/((4)(h)(g)) is the equation. What you might really want to ask yourself is if quantum physics is the key to a life after death and become aware of the observer theory.

Here's a report back...hehe...

I believe that the process of death is well documented in the Holy Bible (I won't tell you the exact verses).

"gloomy dungeons" is the best description of the place. All i can say is, if you have a chance to experience the true death then come back, you will know how precise things are described in the Holy Bible. The only possibility is that the Holy Bible must be from the divine source.

BTW, a true death is destined, not the kind of NDE people are talking about. You may thus experience the fore-knowledge of your own death. I mean, some of you who have a special sense of death may know in advance before your death, just like some old men did, just because death is somehow destined.

NDEs are not destined death, those from NDE can't experience what you should see in a true death.

I myself believe that as a Druid I go to a place called the Summerlands & there I can be with those who have passed on before me & stay with the & one I love & help guide & watch over family & friends. Or I can come back & try to live a better life the next time around.
Ghost Ship
When we die we remember who we were before our life began. We see how the world really is and discover ourselves to be a part of something we aren't supposed to know while we are alive. The secrets of the afterlife will one day be known to the living on Earth and that will only make people want to live there lives here on Earth more fully. If people knew God and could see there guardian angels then life would have no purpose because theres no pleasure without pain and there's pleasure in pain only when our evolution allows heavens secrets to be known.

...Iv's pondered writing a book about my thoughts about the afterlife.....
