OK, so I am poo at giving any type of technical help and with your post being a little vague its hard to say what the problem could be or even if I could help...

When we got our psp and tried to go online with it it took us ages to figure out to click/slide the rss button on the side of the psp and then we were instantly online.

How is your cousin connecting Wirelessly?

It's not necessarily instantly, you need to be in range of a wireless network. I live in a rural town so we had no wireless network until we bought our own for my laptop.

hmmmm, jus dont understand why anybody would wanna browse the internet on thier psp when they have a computer... blink.gif
Well anyways, hope this helps ya out.

1.) Make sure you have a wireless router or be in a location near a wireless router. (dont go on the street looking for a connection)
2.) Go to internet browser and type in any address, if you already have a wrong connection one it will say access point not detected, either way go to scan.
3.) If you are within range of a wireless router and it is on (make sure the router is on) it will come up. You will see your routers name, do not change it.
4.) Press right and choose easy settings. If you have a security such as wep or hex keys you need to put it in. You will find it under your router.
5.) Once youve done that then just press x and save it. Then click on your connection. your routers name will appear, do not change your routers name or it will not be accessible.
If you did everything correctly you should be able to browse the internet...

Trus me i know what your thinking but let me tell you, you cant watch vids on the psp and the loading time is so poor, its like waiting for your order at a french restaurant... it sucks...
