im good. I prefer finality. There need to be consquences for actions. It is the this for the that and the tit for the tat. There is a balence to the universe, and at least on earth for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction and I grew up with gravity. If you jump on your bed you will fall. and to me at least that is better. I don't see it the way you do though.

That is the way most who live in this mortal world believe.

It is understandable.

God bless you sister.

seems to easy. a way out for everyone. I think that there comes a time that there is no backing up, getting around, or getting out. I think that your fate spiritually and physicially is what you make of it and there is a time that your decisions are final. what good is it to strive for purity, and goodness if by being scandelous and corrupt you can still be given the same fate as long as you take the really really difficult steps at the end?

Great point, our whole lives will be judged and we will have to answer for our acts of good and bad, Omnaka and I disagree on judgement. But thats ok, I am going by what the bible tells us. Although one can live a pure and loving generous life, One can also not live the purest life and ask for forgivness, Does that make them equal in Gods eyes? I would not think so because our whole life will have to be answered for. Maybe there is different levels of heaven, Always a pleasure

Sorry Omnaka, If one person lives for God their entire life and never strays only lives for God, And the other person lead a sin filled life and denounced God mor than once but then ask God to forgive them are these two people equal in the eyes of God? I mean one who turns their entire life over to god compared to one who knowinly worked against God only too ask forgivness can't be even , Always a pleasure

Supposedly Sandee, if the other person makes a heartfelt, sincere plea, then god will welcome them. Perhaps more than the first person.

Remember the story of the prodigal son?

you know the parable of
the guy having all of this earthly treasure and it all getting stolen
and this guy with all this nice fabric but it got eaten by moths
and this guy with all of these nice things but they rusted.
and this guy with nothing but did good things for others when he could and he was rewarded greatly in Heaven

I don't believe in levels of heaven because the word says that we will be seated one of the sides of God that Jesus isn't on. and also it is said we will inherit the kingdon of Heaven, and we can't do that if it is all split up.
and maybe answering for them is explaining them to God and why we did them in the first place. or maybe it is just to hear the disappointment in his words.

To me it's all a game of he said, she said, they said,we said.....it's all talk, word of mouth passed down.

Nothing of substance , just horrid fairy tales with tiny little sprinkles of powdered sugar & saccharine here and there>served with a heaping side order of unimaginable cruelty> it gives me a tummy ache, really. It doesn't sit right and I can't seem to digest it> burp ?
