Lion Mutilates 42 Midgets in Cambodian Ring-Fight*

Spectators cheered as entire Cambodian Midget Fighting League squared off against an African Lion
Tickets had been sold-out three weeks before the much anticipated fight, which took place in the city of Kâmpóng Chhnãng.

The fight was slated when an angry fan contested Yang Sihamoni, President of the CMFL, claiming that one lion could defeat his entire league of 42 fighters.

Sihamoni takes great pride in the league he helped create, as was conveyed in his recent advertising campaign for the CMFL that stated his midgets will "... take on anything; man, beast, or machine."

The fight was called in only 12 minutes, after which 28 fighters were declared dead, while the other 14 suffered severe injuries including broken bones and lost limbs, rendering them unable to fight back.

Sihamoni was quoted before the fight stating that he felt since his fighters out-numbered the lion 42 to 1, that they "could out-wit and out-muscle it.”

Unfortunately, he was wrong.




So anyway, my question is.....

How many midgets do you think they should use for the re-match? I think 100 midgets would probably be able to kick its ass. If it all goes wrong again it is still a fun way to reduce the number of midgets in the world.......

No! The rules are thus....

Fight takes place between 1 full-grown, male African lion and how ever many midgets you think it would take

The midgets are unarmed (no guns, baseball bats, tasers, etc.)

The fight takes place in a closed arena (a racquetball court for example)

Fight is over when either a) the lion is dead, or all the midgets are dead or unable to fight back (severely wounded)

Lion is highly agitated, midgets know there's no way out until the lion is dead (they have to fight)

The midgets are given 5 minutes before the fight to prepare/strategize

so, how many?

Do they have prior lion fighting experience?

Can the midgets use eachother as a battering ram?

Spanky, that's terrible.......The lion has all it's weapons, with his weight, claws, teeth, and these little people go in unarmed....Actually they're not to bright to do this, but awhile back they had a show on tv, where muscle men would see how far they could throw a midget....It was very hard not to laugh, and some of them got battered up...The show lasted about 3 weeks...Anyway, this is a dumb thing to do, small people are still people.........I forgot to add that I think they need more than a 100....

yes, can they use each other as a weapon? Toss each other at the lion? Or Use severed limbs to beat the lion to death?

No, I am serious! There are midgets and there are dwarves. They are very different. A midget is just like a very short person.
And a dwarf has a normal sized torso, but with shorter arms and legs.
The dwarf actually has a low center of gravity, combined with strength of a typical human, which makes him/her super strong. Seriously. Look it up.

No need for the innuendo, as I've just discovered, google images already has that covered.

I think 18-23 midgets would have a pretty good shot, some could take little run ups and elbow dive in to the side of it repeatedly while others swamp on top of it. The rest could make a human pyramid and one will cannonball from the top to seal the lion's fate.

What needs to be seriously considered is this: do the midgets have to be Cambodian?

If not, you could have all kinds of martial arts midgets (unless there is a native Cambodian martial art. Maybe there is; I don't know). Ninja midget. Capoiera midget. Tae Kwon Do midget.

I dont think this is a bit funny. Actually I think its moreless downgrating. If you think there should be a " re-match " lets see you get ur buns in there and participate, how far would you make it? Severely injured, lose a limb, DEAD?

It would obviously take more than 42 midgets! It doesnt sound like they strategised well.
Were the midgets able to plan their attack together or were they just thrown into the ring with the loin unprepared?
Was the lion fighting on an empty or a full stomach? I think this is a very important point!

I want to know how the lion and all those midgets fit into an arena the size of a racquetball court.......
