It's sickening to see someone take such advantage of people's fears. I can't understand how they can get themselves to do something like that. Of course it doesn't help that people really want to believe and that we allow people to believe strange things as long as it's in the name of religion.

I did not watch the video, but I do know there are some charlatins and there are some true Faith healers Who God does work Miracles Through. It is one of the most selfless acts one can do for another .

The healer actually takes on the pain of the one acting as a conduit For Father and mother to work their Magic.
THe Healer must have the utmost Faith in God to do this kind oF Healing, That God will take it from The Healer.
I did this for a couple friends .

The pain one suffers for a short while is nothing Compared to the glory of saving a brother's life.

I didn't really watch the video. I'm a little skeptical of faith healing.

For Pete Sake, I just don't understand how these guys actually get people to come to these things then actually believe it!

Just listening to him scream, screech, flail, rally, and rail just curls my toenails and makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up. What kind of person actually goes out of their way to see this guy and actually believes him!?

I was under the impression that a megaphone and hand signals weren't necessary to get Gods attention.

I don't necessarily believe that God heals physical ailments at all, he certainly doesn't "punch cancer out" like Muhammed Ali.

These guys just really bother me, a large part of it is the screaming and theatrics. If people want to believe they're being healed, fine, whatever... but I worry that these patients will stop seeing their regular doctors which is quite frightening.

I fully agree.

While I think it helps your immune system to be positive & believe, I would definitely see a reg. doc.

Some homeopathic medicines help too (minor conditions-lighter symptoms).

Luckily our doctors do both at once or try treating homeopathically first,I imagine in the U.S. also

The true healings I have witnesed were not done on a stage, and were done with reverance and Love For the aflicted and Spirit. No lights , Camera And the fanfare was Humble gratitude.
