Yes , anyone can be forgiven, It starts with a realization that one did wrong, then repents this decision, and does all in his power to make right again (Rectify).

By rectifying or at least trying to He will believe God forgave him. , and the work of Admitting and fixing the mistake is Paramount to not repeating the sin again.
The work of being wrong is very hard. (Gotta lose the EGO)

Then one can believe God is proud of his work, or learning and he can forgive himself.

If one can not forgive himself, he is not forgiven, even though God forgives you. Understand what I'm saying?

I said nothing about Blasphemy, I said all can be forgiven, but this takes work, and many would rathern hold on to their prescious EGo than do the work nessecary to forgive them self, God already forgave you before sending your spirit in to that body. If one canot forgive him self though he is not forgiven.

Angels dont fall, they are made of light and have no freedom of choice, they only serve god. So they can fall, through rebellion, its impossible, what did fall was satan, a djinn.
