I've never heard of that......I do know that on alot of the island they tatoo prisioners, but that's about it....
Actually i heard if a friend of yours is killed or murdered you get the tear drop tattoo!

Normally yes, and if you get barbed wire around your arm it means youve done jail time....

yea not too sure on that one.. we had a feral family go to our school.. mum looked like a beaten leather handbag covered in tatts, and a teardrop under her eye. she was a right charmer and managed to breed pretty well, but im pretty certain she wouldnt have knocked anyone off (although i wouldnt put it part the hubby
)
some people just shouldn't breed!
ahhhh!! so tattoos have meanings too.. now I know.
