As the Roman Empire crumbles (circa 450 A.D.), the British Isles are thrown into a loose anarchy as errant knights are entrenched in years of territorial battle. Then, one king emerges to unite them, Arthur, with his concept of a Round Table of united knights.

Yes definately looking forward to this one.....watched the trailer and it looks quite good,...war, romance, magic and big strapping men with big swords, what more could you ask for... wink2.gif

I just don't understand something maybe someone can help me with it.
Back then people were dirty. like they haven't washed forever, well at least that is how they are suppost to look/be. Then in all these movies why are they clean?
Back in the midevil times they did not believe in washing. Before they make a movie on a fable character, make sure you know your history and try to put more effort forth to what it really was like back then.

Excalibur will be the know all end all of King Arthur films in my mind the new film may be good but only time will tell
