360 is the best, I don't wanna type down technically why cause I just did it in another thread comparing it to a ps3, I don't see how people can even think of letting the wii compete with the ps3 or 360..
They all compete for market dominance but MS and Sony are competing for the same audience while Nintendo's aim is on a different one. Thats where a lot of the hate comes from. We gamers have bin used to the same thing for so long we got too used to it. Every generation was a graphics leap but rarely an innovative one...we've bin playing the same games in virtually the same way for years now. Yeah Halo 3 is awesome but its just a prettier pumped up version of Halo 1...which is in turn just an evolution of the great FPSs before it.
I think people want something new to play and be able to play it in a new way. Even outside Nintendo you got games like Guitar Hero and DDR telling us this.
I think the Wii's three biggest flaws are its online system and support, third party support, and its graphics power. I think the third party support will come with time just as it did with the DS. The graphics are not bad...they are just not as good as its competitors, I don't think that Mario Galaxy for example looks ugly. Friend codes just suck...that probably won't change. No movie player or HD support may be a fourth flaw but until the HD era takes off I don't think its a huge issue...and all the other multimedia capablities that the PS3 have are not really needed in a gaming machine. We all have computers and standalone DVD players we don't need are consoles to do them too.
I think the best route to go is the old Wii360 plan...the best of both worlds.
Of course its all a matter of personal preferrence.
