Any ideas whats wrong with it? I've reinstaled it twice.

Make sure you have your latest video drivers installed. Install the patches. If you haven't done these already there's a good chance this will fix the issue.

Edit* Here's more:

This worked for me on XP.

1. Go to the Display Properties pop-up (right-click on your desktop, and then left click on properties).

2. Go to the 'Settings' tab.

3. Click the 'Advanced' button.

4. Find the control for 'Hardware acceleration' -for me it is under the 'Troubleshoot' tab.

5. I bet it has been set to 'None', right? Drag it all the way up to 'Full'.

6. Click the 'Apply' button, then 'OK'.

7. Start WOW.

Source and maybe more solutions here.

Have you tried the WoW support forum or contacted them at all? I'd bet they would have more experience in these kinds of problems.

Can't today, It's a holiday and the support staff took off.
