Personally, this seems like somethng out of a final fantasy game. (Hints at the word FANTASY...)

"Kinesis" simply means the movement of an object. It isnt a superpower or a ghost or demon if that is what you were thinking...so your post kinda doesnt make sense...You will see people who (falsely)think they have the ability to move things with their mind(telekinesis) or have the ability to control air with their mind (aerokinesis). The list goes on and on to some of the silliest "kinesis" I have ever heard of, but some people claim them.

Let me save you some heartache and emabarassment; it is all rather fictional. The claims that we get here on a regular basis never seem to get proven and the average age of the folks that claim these skills are folks that are young teen, or pre-teen where imagination is at its most creative.

There are a lot of wonderful and amazing things the human mind can do; controling the weather and moving objects is not one of them...

In hauntings, there is sometimes reports of objects just appearing literally out of nowhere, or an object in one room, is suddenly transported to another room.

I believe the OP is asking if it is possible for a living human being to do the same thing by "summoning" something. and If it would be not a good idea to use it as what you were "summoning" would have to come from somewhere, thus you would be stealing.

like using your mind to make a hundred dollars appear on your table, since it had to come from somewhere, some one is now a hundred dollars poorer.

to answer the question, no it does not exist.
