(Mass Effect is the focus of this paticular "fair and balanced" Fox segment, not bioshock, sorry for confusing title)
It's funny that they openly admit that they have NOT played the game, but they have the guts to try and offer an opinion.
Also, it's a little known fact that most gamers are OVER 18 and can legally buy this game.

The game offers the player every reason to kill little girls and drain their bodily fluids. Making the game easier to play and a voice over a radio telling the player that this is the only way to survive.
And it offers no practical (in-game) reason to not do this, besides the player's own conscience, until the "good" or "bad" endings at the very end of the game.
I am not Fox News, but I think the game creates an evil premise. What is next?

What's next? You obviously haven't played many games because Bioshock isn't really that bad. The game is brilliant actually. It's not for kids though.

ABSOLUTELEY NOT FOR CHILDREN... I think system shock 2 was freakier though. And yes Bioshock has kind of an evil feel to it. And you can spare the little sisters. it is one of the endings

Even The Darkness has a more evil feel than Bioshock.
Something funny to note? BioShock was Fox News Video Game of the Year.

You're dead wrong.
You don't HAVE to kill them. They give you a choice, and even if you do harvest them, it's not like they show it. And there actually is a reason to harvest or save them. Try playing the game before you attempt to give an opinion, otherwise you have no clue what you're talking about.
It's so sad how people think this game is that offensive..it really isn't. There are much, much worse games out there.

I'd be more afraid of the people who think that a unrealistic video game can hinder people's comprehension of reality then those who actually play it.

Its called Mass Effect, the vid is about Mass Effect. The sheer amount of ignorance on the Fox News team is appalling. The only one who had ANY idea of what they were talking about is Geoff, and they just shut him down as some sort of nut.

Oh Im sorry, me so stupid. I got them confused again, hehe.
Yeah the video is on mass effect and its sex scene. I guess I though x-box and bioshock was the first game to come to mind.
But a funny thing, there actually WAS an editorial from fox news (on one of its affiliates websites) being critical of Bioshock because it feature children in a somewhat violent game, ill try and find that article. Good catch guys.
Anyways, MB. Its mass effect they are crying over..

Uh....no I didn't, dude. There were absolutely no spoilers in my post, or in any of the above posts, for that matter. Nothing has been ruined for you.
Mass Effect's sex scene is nothing to cry over. It was actually quite tame compared to what I was hearing about it. Seriously...people need to stop being such pussies and deal with this stuff. There are worse things in movies that no one seems to complain about. That is no different than these games.

It kinda makes me angry because they try to ban video games with alittle gore or sex scenes, but they never say anything about movies like saw or hostel. I mean im not blasting the movies but they are being unjust to games with an m rating... it says 18 and over.

A you know that lady Cooper Lawrence who said she did not play the game but gave an opinion anyway well guess what gamers are hammering her book giving it one stars even though they did not read the book. I just gave it one star myself!

Hypocrites....doesn't Family Guy air on Fox?
Whats worse a little alien side boob and butt or half an hour of dirty crude humor?
What are Mass Effects sales numbers compared to the ratings of Family Guy?
What do you think Family Guy's audience mainly consists of?
The sex scene in Mass Effect lasts for like fifteen seconds. Technically you can't even prove that the characters were even having sex...because not much is actually seen. Theres a brief dialogue followed by an even briefer kiss scene followed by a scene where the love interest is naked on top of the playable character. You see a bum and sort of a little side boob(although you can see that same action in public seeing as what people wear these days)....this part is like ten seconds long. I've seen PG-13 movies get away with alot more...and this game is rated M the equivelent of an R rating.
I believe Fox also airs The OC...no sex scenes or anything in that show at all.
I wish one of the competing networks would run with this story and show how backwards this all was but sadly they won't. The only people who will know the truth are the gamers who knew it was BS from the start...everyone not in the know will think Mass Effect is a porn.

YES, some games are not suitable for children but, all games are given and ESRB rating. There is no point in raising hell and saying that these games are causing increased violence and other such problems in young children; if said child is not over 18 and want to buy a MATURE rated title then it is by the consent of the parent who is pulling out thier wallets and checkbooks and purchasing these games. As for anyone that makes assumtions about any game without playing it is obviously displaying thier stupidity for all to see, remeber to assume is to "make and ASS out of U and ME"!
think about that..
