Ok, I have a friend whose almost like a little brother to me, he has a sister thats older then me and she hates me for some unknown reason.

Anyway, I hadn't spoken to him through the holidays and I started getting dreams everynight about him not talking to me, just sorta ignoring me, for know reason. I called him today and when he picked up, his sister asked who it was. He said it was me and she replied that she should have picked it up and hung up. He laughed at it and said hi. I asked him for a CD I had given him awhile ago. But then he said he didn't know where they were anymore and that he had to go (paused) shopping. His sister laughed in the background and he did as he hung up the phone. I then put the phone down and started to remember him doing the same things in my dreams. Where he just didn't want to know me.

How does a dream work like that...?

The dreams were so correct to what he is acting like now. He never has acted like this before so I don't know where I would get the idea for my dream like that. Any suggestions to why I would dream something like this? BEFORE IT HAPPENED!!!

Your mind is more open while asleep, your sub-concious comes forward. Premonetions while asleep are more prevalent than awake ones because of this. Be grateful for what you have; a good friend of mine frequently has dreams that come true like this.

edit: Though it is also possible that because you hadn't talked to your close friend all through the holidays that your sub-concious was already thinking that he was going to ignore you (even if you didn't; or you did and just didn't realize it or forgot.) and it's just a "coincidence".
