Just wanted to share a few stories.

It was a few months before my mom decided to move. To her correct "new" home, near Annapolis. I was asleep I don't recall what time it was. But it was probably around midnight. I felt the bed shake very violently, I didn't open my eyes right away because I was afraid of what I saw. I finally opened my eyes & saw nothing. (I was like 16 or 17? I don't remember.) I went back to bed hoping daylight would come soon. That scared the crap out of me. I think it made my heart skip a few beats.

Later on that week, I was sleeping on the side of the bed. And I heard a little girls voice (there are NONE in the house) right infront of me. She said "I can sense you." I wake up right away & there was nothing there. I looked around the room & still nothing. Went back to bed.

The house is one of the new houses. So it's not a old house that's like 50 or so years old. We happened to be the first owers of that house. My two older sisters said before the houses popped up near the school, it was just woods. I haven't done any history on the area to see what used to be there. Before the school & the homes.

could be built around where something happened to a little girl , or commonly on top of a indian burial ground . It could be caused by a number of different things , do a little research and let us know what you come up with . Another possibilitiy , was she givin any used furniture , they are known to attatch to things like that . Good luck with the results , and keep us posted .

Just noticed the part about the house being built by a school , ( little girl - school ) , INTERESTING !!!!!!

Well that's the ONLY experience that house. EVER!

I'll have to do a search about the area. Though there are older houses next to the new neighborhood. So that might have something to do with it.

Our furniture is a mix of my mom's & my stepdad's. Also we joke that Grandmom (my stepdad's mom) is hanging around still. So it might have been her.

Maybe you are in a situation similar to the film 'the others' and you appear to someone in a different time frame as a ghost.

I don't know what the movie is about. So I don't know.

While living inside that house. I felt something odd was about it. During the night kinda scared me. I didn't like going upstairs to get my pillows. I went upstairs quickly & left the upstairs quickly.

Maybe it was my mind playing games like it usually does.

That's strange. I had the same thought for some reason.

Must have been because of what the little girl said "I can sense you" like, it was her that was experiencing a ghost.

Also the fact that it was a new house.

It's an interesting theory anyway.
