Supposedly NASA claims this photograph was taken by a rover. It could be a rock formation, but it looks quite real.

Honestly, it just looks like a part of the rock.

I don't trust anything nasa puts out to be quite honest. But if its real could be a rock, could be a humanoid figure, no one knows for sure.

I can't really get any sense of the scale just by looking at the pic. It could be up close and small, or it could be far away and large.

This was on the discovery channel the other night and they stated it was only about 2 inches tall.

Cool cool. Didn't see that one. That's a crazy rock formation though. It's odd how no other rocks really look like that in the scene.

Well, I know about the size of that thing. It's apparently very very small. Way too small to be a human. But then again, here, we are talking about possible ET, not humans. Who knows, maybe Martians are very very small people? It could be possible.

It's definetly not a shadow. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that.

Has NASA ever posted a comment anywhere on what they think the figure is?

OMFG you all really think some dude is just chilling posing for pics on a planet that is -60 Degrees during the daylight? Its a rock formation, plain and simple anyone thinking otherwise really needs to stop smoking the bud.

Someone has said it's part of the rover itself, a kind of sun dail, or other related instrument.. why wouldn't nasa have noticed this otherwise large assembled rock formation, because it isn't one, but for a second I thought 'why isn't anyone commenting on it being a structure? did rover build it?'
