This is a fun little game some friends recomended me, in this little game you are mayor of a city, to make the city grow you must get visits from other people.

Each visit increases the population by 1. Also with more population you can make industry and more. One click per day from someone will increase the population.

I'm not sure if I have seen the largest, I found the largest in the US and it is gigantic, much larger than the largest Canadian one.

Not only population but industry and more too.

At a certain amount of population, your unemployment, criminality, etc... will start to rise, so to, for example, decrease unemployment you need to upgrade industry, you do this you will need to change the link of your city to example:
