Or it could be a reduction in the use of CFC's.
This is just chemistry, simply chemistry Ozone is important, but obviously too much is bad.
Soooo... in terms of Chemsitry, why is "too much" bad ? What is it bad for ? Snails ? Tortoises ? Acne ? Where is the "simple chemistry" here ? Post some links. I would suggest you CAN'T, simply because the scientists don't know. Do you REMEMBER the 1970's/1980's, when the "official" scientists where warning us about Global Cooling due to particulates in the atmosphere, and the "Ozone Holes" where a lead indicator of the problem ? We don't hear much about that these days, do we ? Thing is, we havn't reduced CFC's THAT much... and... oh gosh.. suddenly.. it's Global Warming. Oh... and Ozone is a greenhouse gas.
Do you believe EVERYTHING that governnment employed scientists say on the news ?

But hey you jump to conclusions and ignore basic chemistry if you wish.
WTF does marxism have to do with this? Seriously?
Seriously ? Who do you think organises the anti-capitalism protests at G7 meetings, operating under the "environmental" banner ? Who finances it ?

The reduction of CFC aerosols has allowed the ozone layer to be replenished. Not completely yet, but will be in a few years.
This is ecological imperitives in action and should be applauded.
It gives us hope that if the same rules are applied to CO2 and methane emissions, that we can actually reduce some of the worst effects of human induced GW. We cant do much about natural GW, but we dont need to accelerate the effects.
Sheesh.. make your mind up.
Are you in favour of Ozone (a greenhouse gas)
Or not ?
"it gives us hope that if the same rules are applied to CO2".... Come on... do you want to REDUCE it, or INCREASE it ? Make your minds up. You can't have it both ways. If you want to reduce greenhouse gasses, then you are AGAINST Ozone, and you DELIGHT in the "Ozone holes".
