Gravitons are purely hypothetical at the moment. They haven't yet been observed, but people are trying to detect them.
Wiki: List of particles. Really, there's a whole mess of crap. I spent the whole of last year learning the Standard Model in college and just glancing through those lists there were lots of particles that I've never encountered before.
