You couldn't get me to do it my feet are really tender, nor stick an arrow though my cheeks. To each their own.

lol true , but as for walking on coals ect ............ the material that distributes the heat supposedly does so so that's it's not hot on the feet at all to cause burning. although I wouldn't stand in one place too long !
