Its been a bit since I was last here, but last night when i Projected i could not believe and real the experience really was to me, and I thought if the world knew how to do this, we would be in total universal freedom and peace.

I just want to hear from you what the Astral realm really feels to you, and please describe in detail the extremely vivid freedom you experienced, and stories, Im sure we all want to hear.

Im sure many of you have heard the song "Higher" by Creed...
It came to me, what he was describing, and it was indeed, the astral.

To me he does seem to sing about AP...till the golden streets parts...Then thats heavan...

But I myself have gotten out twice(myabe three times) but I didn't do anything...I didnt even relize it till i woke up and like 5 hours later...I just sat in AP form staring at the ceiling..Then 5 hours after i woke up I relized i had been asleep all night, but awake looking around my romm also...I haven't been able to be pacient enough since to keep trying...I lose pacience, and I've been sick...so its hard...What method do you sue, and do you have any tips?

Yeah your right creed's song higher does seem to have elements of astral projection in it.It's weird because i have never noticed this until you brought it up and i have listened to this song many times.
