I have some videos with the extension .mov and I need to change them to MPEG or wmv files. How do I do this?

You can use a free program called Super here

I remember I found a web that allows you to upload media file and that web convert it for you! I don't remember the site's name though. Im thinking to make a site with similar feature in the future

also for $20 you can buy visualhub, its a great program that converts pretty much any format to any format, its great, check it out
