what os are you using, what kind of mac, what is this malware program? One program you can download, depending on your OS is onyx, its a great utility.

I'm not a MAC expert, however you will need to run an anti-virus program that is updated with the latest fixes agains't malware. When that happened to my wifes computer, I had to reformat and reload the entire op system. Good luck

Get a PC Macs are for old people and people who can't use a PC.
