I think you are a bit off topic.

The full moon is pretty important to me. The new moon, not so much. I do attend full moon rituals once in awhile. I don't know if I feel at the "height of my power" during a full moon, but I do certainly enjoy laying out under it late at night and just gazing at its beauty. I think we can all relate to that to some extent or other.
