Quiet Pyramid

A man walked into his garden one day to find his dog with a piece of dirty fur in its mouth. Examination proved that the dirty piece of fur was actually a prize rabbit belonging to the neighbour. It was very dead, although no obvious injury could be seen.
The man was horrified and felt terrible. He took the rabbit inside, shampooed and blow dried it, then quickly snuck next door to put it back in the hutch before the neighbour got home.
A few days went by and he heard nothing. Then on the weekend he was talking over the fence to his neighbour, who he said that a strange thing had happened to him that week. When he came home from work one night he found his prize rabbit dead in its hutch.
"Oh, no," says the man. "How awful!"
"That's not the strange part," says the neighbour. "What's weird is that it had died earlier that morning and I buried it before going to work!"

that reminded me of a sad story...
a family of bunnies took up residence in a hole in my yard once upon a time. my dog dug up their rabbit hole and attacked all the baby bunnies that were too small to run away. long story short, there was baby bunny pieces all over my yard...

I still get a kick out of that. I saw it on an episode of "Beyond Belief" or something. It's hilarious, in my opinion. Not so much for the person who owned the bunny, but it's still funny

Completely off topic but not really. My mom stole a cat from the street because she thought it was mine. All she saw was a black cat near the post office and just snatched it up. When she got home, she strugged to get it out of the car and my dad was the one to say it wasn't Kenichi. For starters, Kenichi is a girl and that is obviously very much a boy cat. So my mom stuffed him back in the car and dropped him off downt he street from where she found him. Just wanted to share.

lol, that reminds me of when my niece's bunny died when she was at her aunt's for the summer and we were all scrambling trying to find a "matching" bunny so she didn't notice. . .the one we found was a little bit lighter and she totally noticed. I told her bunnies sometimes "change color" for no apparent reason. lmao. just thought I'd share. . .
