Looks like nasa and a few other real brains are now looking into the earthe gravity and the differeance in speed`s of our outta orbit slingshot satilites we have been sending out toall points beond. some slow down some speed up.with all things constant whats up?

Still not quite sure what you mean.
Perhaps you read something someplace which is puzzling you, and you could link to it?
Just about everything we send "out there" slows down to a point, and then speeds up again when it encounters the gravity of another body...like Messenger, when it encountered Venus, it sped up and was slung around (gravity assist) the planet and moved outward on a different trajectory toward Mercury, then slowed to a degree again as it escaped Venus' gravitational influence...and sped up again as it approached Mercury recently.
Our Apollo spacecraft did the same natural thing on their journeys out toward, and back from the Moon.
Other than that rather nominal mechanics, I am unclear as to what you're talking about specifically.

Waspie, the sun creates a massive electromagnetic field, it guards us fro most cosmic rays. Could this by the reason for the the anomaly? electromagnetic attraction? also, could some sort non-symmetric weight distribution also help?

Could the article be referring to Galileo's Atmospheric Entry Probe and "Galileo II".... ?

Folks are just observing phenomena and trying to understand it...we call that science.

No, the earth creates a massive magnetic field to protect us from the sun.
