Good news! If you like the Shivering Isles expansion pack but weren't quite satisfied with the way its NPCs looked, TNR for Shivering Isles might be for you. Revamped are exactly 422 NPC's faces, so that they appear either lost, afraid, sad, sick, possessed, diseased, angry, paranoid - the entire gamut. Heh - it was quite the blast making this one, so I hope you enjoy it. The file can be had on my website.

All in all that's cool as hell but I'll liked as it was. But it will still be pretty sweet... I love oblivion. Its killer
