hmmm. Have you try to uninstall, restart your computer, and then install it again?

Probably you want to try to login with another account, and see what happen

By the way, yahoo messenger has known issue with Windowsblind.

Probably there are other softwares in your computer that conflicts with yahoo messenger.

Until I figure this one out. I'm assuming that the problem is with Yahoo's end.

Or probably you don't if you can do it manually

(Do it after you uninstall the yahoo)
Go to start -> run -> type "regedit" -> enter

and then press ctrl + F and search all entries for "yahoo" and delete them. It will take some time though, those registries are everywhere in your computer

Restart and re install...

Go to www.bootdisk.com Click UTILITIES on the right hand side, scroll down to registry cleaners, download EASY CLEAN V.2. (its completely free)

Go to your control panel and un-install Yahoo from there... Open and install Easy Clean V.2 and run it. When it opens click the "Unecessary" Tab and then click FIND. this will find all keys and values in your registry that are no longer being used. Thus, it will take out Yahoo Crap

If you still have kxvo.exe you need to read this: techguy.org

EDIT: Malware....ran into it before.
