my rant and rave:

if you have a sony psp, then you have to have this game! Patapon is single handedly the best gaming experience ive had thus far in 08. if you dont have a psp, its not enough to go and buy one just to play it, but still awesome nonetheless. its basically a rhythm based battle-type strategy rgp ish game all rolled into one. i admit the simple controls does make this one a real button masher and a tad repetitive, it is still a unique enough game that'll grab your attention for a good fifteen minutes, that will soon turn into an hour and then some. im only halfway through but i figure it could only get better from here and even it just stays the same that wouldnt be all too horrible a thing. i mean seriously, where else can you command a small army of spear wielding eyeballs on a legendary quest to find 'IT'?

thought so! any other psp owners here? i only have naruto ultimate ninja heroes and pataopn so far, but would love to hear about your favorites psp games...

Lol.. atfirst I was. WTF! it's because in our language the word "PATAPON" means "USELESS / Trash " anyway.. I think it's a great game. viewed the reviews. and yeah. I've just finished God Of War : Chain of Olympus . within 5hours ( HARD MODE ) game time.

yeah it is a bit difficult to build the perfect army and having the shields and weapons appear randomly is a bit annoying. no shop to buy your armor and weapons from is a bit of a buzzkill, but i like to finish games so im gonna be playing this one out all the way.

Good news, The game is great. bad news. It's in japanese. Can't understand a darn thing.
