Ethnically, I'm a Pacific Northwesterner, American. My maternal heritage is English and Danish, my paternal family is Danish and Choctaw indian. I guess I'm mostly Anglo-Saxon but I'm 1/8th native american too (although it would be hard to tell with my blonde hair, blue eyes and pasty complexion! LOL)

Well, coming to speak of Celts... the Spaniards from the northern provinces are also Celtic, in Spains center about 50% Celtic. In the Rif region of Morocco people are about 90% Celtic... want me to go on?

It's just that "British" covers England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and the bit that makes me British on my passport - the Offshore Crown Dependencies.

They are all distinct countries in their own right but they are united under the banner of the United Kingdom of Great Britain. I was just curious as to which part you meant when you said "British", it covers a lot of ground.

Interesting stuff all this nationality and ethnicity stuff ain't it!
