Here's a pleasant way to loaf online. Time Magazine has created a site with magazine covers going back to 1923 and it's fun leafing through them. It's not a shocking site or anything like that. Just a pleasant way to pass time if you have a few moments to relax today...

I love to leaf through old newpapers and magazines.
My mother is an Americal Civil War buff. I found her an old Civil War era newspaper for Christmas a few years ago.

I'm deffinatly going to check that out more later! I love that kind of stuff, and a few years ago found a big trunk filled with old magazines. There were also some old sears catalogues, vogue from waaaay back, and i spent hours going through them! What a blast that was! Thanks for sharing!

I just went through the pictures, and have to go back for the read...It must have been quite an honor for the few ladies that made the cover of Time, as it predominately had male's picture's...I remember seeing these magazines in the Doctor's/Dentist office's, on the table in the reception room when I was a kid...And those Sear's catalog's that swtp mentioned were a hoot...You name it, they carried it....Thanks for a great read
