ive read about how people have time traveled during AP.
if this is true how can you do it?

well i dont know about ap. i apparently have been on visionquests and other places, times, gods know what for 40 years. it is personal and i am only shown what i am supposed to see. i do not even attempt to force it or try to control it. however after this long... in certain types i do have some level of conciousness and some interactive ability. depends on what it is.

You can time travel in AP, but you can't interfere with anything i don't think. You can also meet up with deceased people, travel to different galaxies, plaents, universes, meet your spirit guide, the list is endless!
