Never new much about it till watch'n that clip...interesting.
(It seems messing with muther nature here on earth isn't enough, they gotta control the outta reaches too eh.)

Don't wanna sound cynical or paranoid here but misused & not 'fully understood' & or even or worse in the wrong hands they can do some serious freak'n damage not just to our ionosphere but closer to our ('linked') atmosphere effecting us right down here on terra firma(?)

Also used for military purposes to block & or wipe out radio communications 'around the globe'... hmmm, imagine that in the wrong hands...

What have I missed ?
HAARP is a research program that sends a radio signal into the atmosphere above the installation, and monitors what effects this produces. (this - in turn - can apparantly yield information about how the atmosphere reacts to the sun). The energy levels are a hundred times less than that produced by solar radiation.

This thing is weather control, atleast.

Possibly mind control(jesus i hate to think) through the use of large electromagnetic fields to block or confuse the Schumann resonances?

BTW, by "possibly" i mean it is very possible to do this with this array.
