PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania (AP) -- A woman was charged with beating her 7-year-old adopted daughter with a dog chain and keys, burning her wrists on a stove, dousing her naked body with bleach, then locking the girl inside a closet in a coal cellar with a burning furnace filter, police said.
The girl was apparently not injured by the fire, police said. She was in stable condition at Children's Hospital Tuesday night.

If it was her adopted daughter then it was CPS's fault to...because they put her with that monster, child protective services is a load of crap...and here i go on a rant...so yea...shutting up now...
Whatever happened to natural selection? You know, the kid who eats too many marbles doesn't grow up to have children of his own. That kind of thing. I'll bet you that woman would have died a long time ago from doing something stuppid like that as a kid, but with the help of modern science was saved, only to burn her daughter.
Only one thing to say... Hope she goes to the chair! evil evil monstrous dispicable woman!
